Coverage is issued by the insurance companies named in your quote, application, or policy, and is subject to their underwriting, terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions. Insurance is offered only where we are licensed, and not all products are available in all states. Our licensed insurance producer is Christopher David Martin, NPN 7335986, CA Lic. #4116908.

2. Information Only; No Coverage Until Bound

Content on the Site is general information about types of insurance programs. It is not a summary of any particular policy and is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE ITSELF IS LIMITED TO $100. This section does not apply to insurance services we provide to you or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, unless the law of your state requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to file a complaint with your state Department of Insurance.
