4. Insurance Privacy Notice
When you obtain or apply for an insurance product through us, the information we collect about you is "nonpublic personal information" protected by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and by state insurance privacy laws.
We disclose nonpublic personal information only as permitted by law, including to process and service your insurance transactions, to our service providers, and as required by law.
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing, so no opt-out is needed. If that ever changes, we will notify you first and give you the opportunity to opt out.

The Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel helps us measure and target advertising on Meta platforms. Meta may receive information such as the pages you view and actions you take on the Site. You can manage Meta ad settings at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences. We do not intentionally share health or injury information you enter in our forms with Google, Meta, or other advertising providers.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link on the Site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work if cookies are disabled.
